Things are winding up. The spring schedule is a bit confusing because of all the holidays.

#UnitedWithUkraine June 2022

 

We have been assisting displaced persons of all nationalities in the area, thanks to the support of the US Embassy to Italy.  

Meagan, English Language Specialist for the America House Ukraine will spend 1 week in Trieste in June to work with Ukrainians, teachers, students.  

Ukrainian English learners, wherever they are, can participate in Meagan's online conversation classes for Free.  

English - some Ukrainian students are in our English classes. 
Support activities - Craft workshop every Tuesday and Thursday morning and afternoon for Ukrainian women. You'll see them at Barbacan Produce on June 19th.  .
Collection - Cell phones, laptops, tablets (used but in working order) are needed.

Caribbean American Heritage

From America's earliest days, Caribbean Americans have contributed to the success, spirit, and character of the United States. For generations, they have enhanced and advanced many aspects of American society.  The Caribbean-American population is about 4.5 million.

Pride

"All human beings should be treated with respect and dignity and should be able to live without fear no matter who they are or whom they love." - President Biden

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex (LGBTQI+) Pride Month is currently celebrated each year in the month of June to honor the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in Manhattan. The Stonewall Uprising was a tipping point for the modern Gay Liberation Movement in the United States paving the way for future activism and legislation.

Juneteenth

In 2021, President Joe Biden signed a bill that officially made June 19th a federal holiday.

Commonly called Juneteenth, this marks the day when enslaved African-Americans in Galveston, Texas were finally informed of their freedom in 1865, two years after Abraham Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation. Today it is a nation-wide holiday commemorating the freedom, progress, and culture of Black Americans.

Vi consigliamo di tesserarvi, gestire corsi e pagamenti e stampare le ricevute comodamente da casa vostra! È molto facile e veloce, basta seguire la guida che trovate qui sotto.

ISTRUZIONI PAGAMENTI  ONLINE – GINNIPAL

Per coloro che accedono la prima volta ecco i passi da seguire.   

1.  CREAZIONE ACCOUNT: 

L’utente accede al link e si registra con nome cognome e indirizzo mail. 

IMPORTANTE: per i vecchi soci la mail deve essere la stessa che è stata comunicata ad AIA FVG gli anni precedenti. Se non è la stessa, prima di creare l’account, comunicare la nuova mail ad aiatriesteinfo@gmail.com.

Una volta ottenute le credenziali per l’accesso si entra in Ginnipal e si leggono i tre regolamenti (regolamento interno – regolamento Covid-19 – privacy).

Coloro che sono stati già nostri soci negli anni precedenti, troveranno già inseriti i loro dati personali. Preghiamo solamente di controllarli e di effettuare le opportune modifiche nel caso ci fossero.
 

2.  TESSERAMENTO:

Chi diventa nostro socio per frequentare i corsi, deve sapere che il tesseramento va di pari passo con il pagamento immediato della tessera stessa, perciò, prima di tesserarsi bisogna controllare la disponibilità dei posti altrimenti si rischia di pagare la tessera quando il corso è già pieno. Quindi, prima di tutto, cliccare sul tasto di “VERIFICA DISPONIBILITÀ CORSI” e poi tesserarsi attraverso il tasto “TESSERATI”.
Una persona può comunque tesserarsi come socio senza iscriversi ai corsi per usufruire dei prestiti dei nostri libri/dvd, frequentare l’Associazione, partecipare alla rassegna cinema e ad altri nostri eventi.

3.  PAGAMENTO DELLA TESSERA: 

Selezionate la modalità della tessera:

• "speciale" per i minori di 16 anni

• "ridotto" per insegnanti, over 65 e studenti con più di 16 anni

• "intero" per tutti gli altri casi

Una volta scelta la modalità della tessera, si può pagare solo tramite carta di debito/credito: l’utente indicherà i dati della propria carta e potrà scaricare direttamente la relativa ricevuta. Riceverà anche una mail di conferma.
 

4.  ISCRIZIONE AI CORSI 

a. Iscrizione ai corsi adulti: una volta tesserati ci si può iscrivere ai corsi. Se la persona tesserata si iscrive direttamente ad un corso, selezionerà la tipologia con giornata e orario prescelti, la quota, che in questo caso sarà SPRING, e poi potrà procedere al pagamento del corso con le stesse modalità indicate per il tesseramento, ovvero con carta di debito/credito. Accanto ad ogni corso compare se ci sono ancora posti disponibili o meno.

b. Iscrizione ai corsi tramite welfare aziendale 
Chiediamo gentilmente a chi utilizza i welfare aziendali di comunicarcelo in maniera preventiva scrivendo ad aiatriesteinfo@gmail.com, in modo da prendere i contatti con i relativi intermediari.
Se una persona ha un welfare aziendale sceglierà la quota del corso con la dicitura WELFARE (ad esempio Adult Advanced Beginner Monday 10.00-12.00 quota SPRING WELFARE). In questo caso non pagherà nulla in quanto verrà emessa fattura elettronica direttamente alla società intermediaria. 
 
c. Iscrizioni ai corsi per figli con meno di 16 anni
