Annual GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING OF MEMBERS 2020/21
We held our 1st Virtual Assembly Meeting on November 19th. Thanks to all who participated either live or via proxy. During the meeting, The Balance Sheet and Budget were approved and the below changes in the Board were made.
Leonardo Buonomo resigned as President after 10 years in the position. He will remain on the Board. Karoline Steckley was elected as the new President.
Gabriella Di Landro, after many years as Vice President, has left the Board. Luisella Brugiapaglia was elected as Vice President.
Janine Sprague Zolle, teacher at the Associazione Italo Americana FVG for 15 years, was added to the Board and elected Director.
