EKA Project, performs traditional Ukrainian and American folk music, but their eclectic repertoire also includes famous international songs from American Folk Revival and Pop Music.
The "EKA Project ” mission is to unite people, lift their spirits, give joy, bring hope.
Special guests: the Trieste Ukulele Club.

Kateryna Tsar'kova, in art EKA, is a Ukrainian bandurist and singer/songwriter born in Zaporizhzhya. She has lived in Florence for 15 years, where she teaches voice, piano, and plays the bandura, a typical Ukrainian musical instrument with 64 strings. Winner of the Napoli Culture Classic 2021 Festival, she participated in the “The Voice 2016” and collaborated with many Italian artists such as Zucchero and Andrea Bocelli.
The musicians in the band are internationally renowned artists: Simone Dellisanti, bassist, shared the stage with famous names including Paul Gilbert, Billy Sheehan, Dennis Chamber. Alessio Lottero, guitarist, is the founder of a film soundtrack laboratory for cinema and for Netflix. Itaiata de Sa, percussionist, plays with Negrita, Roy Paci, Aretuska, Olodum and has collaborated with Ricky Martin, Michael Jackson, Piero Pelù.
