What is a Native Speaker?
- A parent or close relatives are Native English Speakers and the student has good command of spoken English thanks to their exposure.
- The student attended an International School or Native Speaker School in Italy or Abroad.
- The student has shown exceptional ability in our other English classes.
- The group meets together and is then split into Elementary and Middle School groups.
Why a Special Course for Native Speakers?
- Your child has a high level of English, but in English class in the Italian school is not challenged.
- Your child speaks well, but is lacking in reading and writing skills. Last year our students read "Wonder" and other level appropriate chapter books together.
- You hope that your child will reinforce what they already know, and progress.
- Our other Elementary and Middle School classes are also high level and full immersion English, but this class takes things a few steps further.
Do you have a Native Speaker Course for High School Students?
- No. High School students attend our High School Classes, where the level is very high and the focus is Project Based Learning.
- If a Native Speaker High School student prefers more book work and a grammar focus, and would like to attend the university abroad, we offer a Test Prep Course that helps prepare students for TOEFL, FCE and SAT.
To join the Native Speaker Class, your child must be approved by the teacher.
- On Monday, September 3rd at 6:30 pm, we have a meeting with interested Native Speaker parents. Register here to attend the Native Speaker Meeting.
- Was your child already in our Native Speaker Class or did the teacher already approve your child for Native Speakers? Register here for the class that begins on September 17th.
