What are you doing with your English this Summer?

You're at Associazione Italo Americana FVG!  

-  Summer STEAM Program for kids from age 3-19.  For Pre K, Elementary, Middle School, High School Students.  Learn English and much more by doing, making, creating.  Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics. Great for Native Speakers as well!  

-  Adult  Intensive Weekend Warrior  - 10 hours of English over a weekend
Intensive Days - NINE to FIVE.  - 3 intensive days of English from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Plus...Summer Reading Contest, Kids Book Club, Summer Cartoon Festival.  

Tuesday, May 17th
9:30 am - Mom & Baby Survival Italian (AC)
10 am - Tuesday Coffee Break - A cup of coffee and some great conversation in English!

Thursday, May 19th
10 am - Nati per Leggere - Bilingual English / Italian Reading for Babies 0-3 yrs and their families and caregivers.  (AC)
10 am - Survival Italian for Adults (AC) - still making curtains in the Maker Space. This week Daisy and Stephanie are in charge!  Can you sew?  Please help us!
8 pm - Women's Book Club - Discussing 2 books this month. An  Alice Munro collection of Short Stories and Where'd You Go Bernadette, by Maria Semple.  Send us an email to participate - aia.fvg@gmail.com

5 pm - AC TC - American Corner Teen Club (AC)
5 pm - American Experience Documentary: 
  1.   Calling Tokyo – 30 min.The story of a group of Japanese-Americans who as American civilians served during WWII and  Taste of Freedom: Chinese New Year by Burt Wolf – 30 min. – How Chinese Americans celebrate the Chinese New Year and have adapted their traditions in the US.
  For Asian - American Heritage Month.
