Coming Up for Welcome Home Stranger

Hi Welcome Home Stranger friends!

We haven't forgotten you.  Here are a couple of appointments to put on your calendar - Hope all is well and that you have become at least a little accustomed to the food...and to the bora!!!!

ITALIAN CLASS - As far as the language is concerned...we are coming to the rescue!  Luisella, our Italian teacher at the AIA will be starting her course on February 10th (next Monday) from 6-8 pm.  The lesson will be once a week for 10 weeks and the total cost for a 20 hour course is Euro 260.
If you make a bank transfer there is a 5% discount - all banking details can be found directly at the AIA website (www.aia-fvg.blogspot.it). If you have any questions or wish to sign up, send an email to aiafrontdesk@gmail.com  To participate in our courses, you need to become a member (€25 for students, Teachers over 65 and €35 for regular membership).

MORNING ITALIAN COFFEE HOUR for Italian Learners - We are also organizing a morning Italian coffee hour once a month (or more often if we have volunteers) to complement the Italian course. This will be free and open to the public just like our English coffee hours but all conversation will be in Italian. It will be a fun and low-pressure way to practice.
So far Arianna has volunteered as a native speaker conversation facilitator and Devleena (one of us Strangers) to help host. Any takers and/or volunteers?  Look forward to seeing you soon!
