REGOLAMENTO - ANNO ASSOCIATIVO 2019/20
QUOTA ASSOCIATIVA
L’anno associativo inizia il primo di
settembre e si conclude il 31 agosto.
La quota annuale è di €35 per il
Tesseramento Intero oppure di €25 per il Tesseramento Ridotto per le seguenti
categorie: Studenti +16 anni, Docenti, +65 anni.
Soltanto i soci possono frequentare la
rassegna di film in lingua originale e prendere in prestito libri, dvd e
riviste e frequentare i corsi.
Il pagamento della quota associativa può
essere effettuato sia in contanti, presso la nostra segreteria durante l’orario
amministrativo, sia con bonifico,.
Il socio deve compilare il modulo d’iscrizione per il tesseramento.
Ai fini di una totale trasparenza e chiarezza, Vi
invitiamo a prendere visione della nostra scheda informativa.
CORSI
Per poter frequentare i nostri corsi è
necessario che lo studente che ha più di 16 anni sia iscritto come socio e nel
caso di studenti con età inferiore a 16 anni che un membro della famiglia sia
socio per l’anno sociale in corso.
Il pagamento dei corsi può essere
effettuato in contanti presso la nostra segreteria durante l’orario
amministrativo oppure con bonifico. In quest’ultimo caso si ha diritto a uno
sconto del 5%.
I pagamenti devono
essere effettuati anticipatamente all’inizio di ogni sessione altrimenti non è
consentito frequentare le lezioni.
Non sono previste
lezioni di prova tranne in occasione degli open day.
È possibile
effettuare spostamenti da un corso a un altro solo previa autorizzazione da
parte della segreteria.
È possibile
iscriversi solo entro le prime 3 lezioni della sessione e in ogni caso previa
approvazione da parte della segreteria.
I corsi
dell’Associazione seguono il calendario scolastico regionale e per ogni
sessione tutti i corsi prevedono uno stesso numero di lezioni (a seconda delle
festività coinvolte potrà variare il termine della sessione per i diversi
corsi).

Iscriversi presto in modo da evitare la
lista d’attesa.
· L’iscrizione è garantita
soltanto nel momento in cui si effettua il pagamento.
· Informarci di qualsiasi
variazione nei vostri contatti.
· Controllare regolarmente
il calendario sul nostro sito per gli aggiornamenti sulle nostre attività.
ASSENZE
In caso di assenze
non è previsto nessun recupero né rimborso.
In casi eccezionali rivolgersi alla
direzione.
PER I GENITORI
Vi preghiamo di tenerci sempre aggiornati
in caso di variazioni dei vostri contatti e dei numeri telefonici per qualsiasi
eventualità.
Vi chiediamo di informarci se i vostri
figli hanno allergie alimentari o seguono diete specifiche.
Vi preghiamo di essere sempre puntuali sia all’inizio
che alla fine della lezione.

Hi! Welcome! Become a Member of the Associazione Italo Americana FVG / American Corner Trieste. We are not just a film club. Since 1961 we have been offering a full immersion experience in English for all ages, without leaving Trieste.

How long is my membership valid?
Membership lasts for 1 school year from September 1, 2019 until August 31, 2020. You must renew each year.
What do I get with my Membership?
- American Film Series (in English) at the Teatro dei Fabbri - Via dei Fabbri 2/A- 9 films (Oct - May) always on Thursdays - 1st Film: BlacKkKlansman - Oct. 24th
- Use of our fantastic American Corner Library - with over 5,000 books, 1,500 DVD's, magazines available in lending. We are also a great place to study if you are downtown.

Sorry, you have to be a member. We cannot sell single tickets.

Americana FVG are definitely taking advantage of these summer days! If you see us at the beach, at an outdoor
concert or just eating an ice cream cone, please say hello! We’ll be back on
August 19 with 2 SUMMER STEAM Full Immersion weeks.
If you’re looking for classes in August, we still
have 2 weeks of Summer STEAM Full Immersion English for Kids ages 3-19. Perfect for
getting your children a head-start on English before school begins.

Mornings – Aug. 19th- 23rd , Aug. 26th – 30th
with 2 more weeks of classes before the kids go back to school. Summer
STEAM is an excellent way to get your kids ready for school. Full Immersion, hands on English, in the
morning, combining Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math all in English!
