American Cooking School - Feb. 2 - El Paso -Tex-Mex

The menu (subject to change according availability of fresh ingredients) foresees: Cheesy Potato Skins with Nacho Salad, Corn Chowder with Pico de Gallo, Chili con Carne, Cinnamon Ice Cream Chimichangas with Chocolate Tequila Salsa.
