On September 13, Mr. Eskinder Negash will be on ShareAmerica streaming live, speaking to audiences around the world about the Global Refugee Crisis. President Obama appointed Mr. Negash as the Director of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), between 2009 – 2015. He will be speaking to a live audience in Athens, Greece, and answering questions from posts around the world. View the stream live and ask questions to Mr. Negash, local NGO representative in Athens Nadia Christopoulou from MELISSA, and moderator Deputy Assistant Secretary for International Organizations, Erin Barclay in Washington in the chatspace on September 13 at 5 pm Trieste Time for 1.5 hours.

We have something for all ages and all types of learners.  Do you need something more specific?  Upon request, we also offer individual lessons and specialized courses.  Looking for a Full Immersion? 



Maintain and improve your child's English language skills with these English for Native Speakers Classes for Kids.  

  • A parent is a native speaker?

  • You lived abroad? 


Will you be taking a TOEFL, SAT, FCE or other exam?
We have a course for that!
Advanced High School Test Preparation.   Tuesdays 3-5 pm.

Associazione Italo Americana FVG offers IN SCHOOL Programs in English for schools.
Proposals for schools (at all levels from Pre-K through High School) include:
  • Cultural Lessons in the Classroom

  • Films in the Classroom
  • Story Hours
  • Library Visits
For Teachers:
We also offer monthly Teacher Seminars, Contacts and Professional Development Workshops for English Teachers.  3 of our Teachers will be presenters at the TESOL Conference in Rome this November!

Teachers and Professors of all subjects get Reduced Membership in the Associazione Italo Americana FVG (€25 / year).
