AIA FVG Membership

We are an association.  If you take a course with us, you must become a member.  Members must be 16 years and older.  A parent can become a member for their child taking a course.

Hi!  Welcome! Become a Member of the Associazione Italo Americana FVG / American Corner Trieste. We are not just a film club.  Since 1961 we have been offering a full immersion experience in English for all ages, without leaving Trieste.

€25 for "Ridotto":  Students (over age 16), Teachers, and 65 years and older
€35 for "Intero" :  Regular Adult Membership

A few words about our Courses

First A Few Words About Our Courses. 

We offer courses at all levels during the ENTIRE year (except August).  
Regular courses generally last 10 weeks per session (Fall, Winter, Spring). You can sign up for just one session, or you can continue all year long.
Intensive courses are held two hours per day for 1 week in between these 10 week sessions.
Each course has between 4 and 10 participants. 
Our courses are generally practical and conversation oriented, but we also promote reading, listening and writing skills. We always like to keep things fun and interesting. Course size: minimum 4 participants.

Enrollment is completed with payment. For IBAN payments, please email or bring a copy of the bank transfer on or before the start date of the course.  There is a 5% discount on IBAN Payments.  Because class sizes are small, we encourage you to enroll as soon as possible.  The IBAN Code is written on the top right column of our blog.

Courses for Native/Near-Native English-Speaking Children/Teens

Open to mother tongue English children/teens and/or  students with English-immersion schooling. These courses focus on the specific needs of native speakers of English.

• Elementary advanced reading for Native/Near-Native Speakers – Wed. 4:30-6 pm (€150)
• Middle School Advanced Reading for Native/Near-Native Speakers- Thurs- 5-7 pm (€200)

Parent Conversation Class (Open to parents of students currently enrolled in AIA courses)
