Monday, OCTOBER 3, 2016 the Vice Consul of the US Consulate General Milan will be at the American Corner Trieste to offer:

·        CONSULAR SERVICES for US CITIZENS:  passport applications, notarial           services, report of birth / death abroad, Social Security Number card applications
·        VOTER ASSISTANCE:  acceptance of completed ABSENTEE BALLOTS to be sent directly to your local US Board of Elections postage-free, assistance for WRITE-IN BALLOTS
3 pm.  Free and Open to the Public

3 pm - U.S. STUDENT SAFETY and SECURITY ABROAD PRESENTATION – The Vice Consul will present safety tips and recommendations for U.S. Students studying abroad: Voting from Abroad, Emergencies while Abroad, Services the Consulate can Offer Students.  Free and Open to the Public. 

In order to get detailed information on: forms, procedures, and applicable fees, please visit the US Embassy website at 
http://italy.usembassy.gov/acs.html. Passport application forms should be filled out on line and printed out in advance of the appointment. 

Consular service fees for passport or notarial services will have to be paid for by an assegno circolare (cashier’s check), issued by an Italian bank in the exact € amount of the fee, and made out to the U.S. Consulate General Milan. Cash or credit cards CANNOT be accepted for payment.

L'importo dovuto per passaporti e/o servizi notarili devono essere pagati tramite assegno circolare, da una banca italiana con la cifra esatta in Euro, a nome di "U.S. Consulate General Milan". Non si accettano contanti o carte di credito per il pagamento.
