CREATIVE STRESS MANAGEMENT with Kira Stellato, PhD
Stress is our natural response to life challenges. However, if managed without awareness, it can prevent us from reaching our goals and experiencing true happiness.

In this workshop, the girls will be working with counseling psychologist Kira Stellato during a fun-filled, Body-Mind Awareness session which will provide Mind-Body creative stress management strategies for everyday life. Join us!

Dr. Kira Stellato is a board-certified counseling psychologist with a PhD in Neuroscience and Cognitive Sciences from the University of Trieste. She has a long-standing international experience in mindfulness-based stress reduction, positive psychology, life skills and non-violent communication. Kira is a blogger and the author of several books on mindfulness, stress management, mindful eating and positive thinking for adults and children.  www.kirastellato.com

Please, bring a pillow, a small blanket, a yoga mat and a picture which makes you feel joyful 😊
